Prof. Rajeev Jain started his career way back in 1981& has been in the field of academics since last 28 years. During the tenure of last 28 years, he has gathered accolades & laurels in the form of publishing fifteen Text-Books in Management & its functional area, has supervised six PhDs and eight research scholars are undergoing PhD. He was awarded recognition by Rajasthan Hindi Granth Academy, Jaipur by the Chief Minister of Rajasthan State for his book “Company Law & Secretarial Practices”. His two Research projects were awarded by the University Grant Commission, New Delhi & Tribal Research Institute, Udaipur. The Indian Council of Social Sciences & Research, New Delhi has published his Research Work as a book. He has also worked as a Professor in the Department of Management of Jimma University, Jimma, Ethiopia under nited Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in 2002-2004.

Dr. P.K. Srivastava is former Head, Dept. of Business Administration M.L. Sukhadia University, Udaipur. He has more than 41 years of teaching and research experience. He edited and published “Udaipur Journal of Marketing” for five years (1973- 78). He also worked as founder editor of “PRABANDH” research Journal of MBA programme for eight years “SILVER JUBILEE SOUVENIER” of M.L. Sukhadia University, Udaipur. Dr. Srivastava has so far published 10 books and more than 90 papers and research articles. He has also dispatched two research projects financed by UGC and ICSSR. He is a member of International Economic Association, Australian Health Economists Group, Indian Society for Dr. Srivastava is also advisor and consultant to many industrial and business units. He is with FMS since inception as Honorary Professor.

Mr. Bhartendu Nagar is a very senior faculty and is associated with Rajasthan Vidyapeeth since long. He completed his entire studies from University of Udaipur specialising in the area of Social Work, Labour Welfare and Personnel Management. He has a vast experience in supervising students in Research Dissertation
work. He has organized number of training programmes in the area of HRD and Labour Laws. He has actively participated in number of National & International
Seminars and has also presented a number of Research Papers. He attended a two month course on Research Methodology organized by ICSSR at Loyola College, Trivendrum. Because of his versatile personality, he is very popular amongst the students.

Dr. Tapan Kr. Bhadviya, Associate Professor has 20 years Post Graduate Teaching experience. He has started his career in 1988 as Assistant Professor in ABST Department, MVS College, Udaipur (Rajasthan). During the course of brilliant academic career, he earned M.Com. in 1986 from University of Rajasthan & M.Phil Degree in 1988 from MLS University. He has attended 15 International & National seminars and presented 8 research Papers during his tenure. His articles have been published in National level Magazine and Journals. He has also supervised around 23 PG dissertations. Presently, he is pursuing one UGC minor Research Project. He is life Member of Indian Accounting Association and Rajasthan Vanijya Parishad, the academic professional bodies. At FMS, he is looking after overall Personality Development of students.

Ms. Hina Khan, a management Post Graduate specializing in 'International Marketing' has also earned a masters in science with gold medal and a master in commerce specializing in Business Administration from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University Udaipur. She is pursuing her Ph.D in Management In relation to her area of specialization she has worked and trained at Dubai Ports Authority UAE and has been in the field of academics since last 10 years. Her areas of expertise include International Marketing and Business, Global Trade and Practices & Brand Management

Mrs. Sarita Bhatnagar, a Post Graduate in Business Management, has specialized in Marketing Management and Human Resource Management from Mohan Lal
University, Udaipur. She is pursuing her Ph.D. in Management. She has been in Academics since last four years and is dealing with various subjects of Marketing, Human Resource Management, Production, Project Management, Organizational Development, Management Process and Quantitative Methods.

Mrs. Neeti Mathur a Post Graduate in Management of Business Administration has specialized in Finance & Marketing along with it, she has also done masters in science stream in Chemistry. She got the certification of NSFM for Derivatives & Capital Market. She has been associated with Institute Of Management Studies since last 1 year and has academic experience of 2 years. She teaches courses of Management of Financial Services, Security Analysis & Investment Management, Project Planning, Taxation & Tax Planning, Retail Management, Business Legislation, Organizational Behaviour & Production

Mr. Bal Krishna Sharma a graduate of Business Administration has equal command in academic as well as technical areas. He has a diploma in Chemical Engg., Masters in Computer Science & is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and Microsoft Certified Professional. He has a varied experience of working with various types of organizations. Such versatile work experience has resulted in an enriched knowledge about the computer field. The convergence of academic & Technical fields and an interest in academics has led him into becoming a faculty of Information Technology at the institute. The other areas that interest him are Management Information System, Human Resource Information System, Quantitative Methods and statistics. He is pursuing Ph.D. on E-Governance.
